To Our Valued Friends and Customers in the United States,
It's with a heavy heart and a great deal of thought that we're writing to you today with an important update. As of August 25th, MSquared Shoppe will be pausing all sales and shipping to the United States.
We know this news might be disappointing, and believe us, it breaks our hearts to hit pause. Since opening our doors, we've been so incredibly touched by the love and support we've received from across the border. Your enthusiasm for our handcrafted goods, unique designs, and workshops has truly meant the world to our small business here in Langford, BC.
Why the pause? Like many small businesses, we're navigating a dynamic and sometimes challenging global landscape. Recently, new tariffs and rising shipping costs have created a situation where maintaining our current pricing for U.S. orders would either mean drastically increasing prices for you, or compromising the quality and fairness of our small business operations. We believe in providing you with value, and we just can't, in good conscience, continue to offer products at a cost we feel is unfair due to these external pressures.
This isn't goodbye forever, just a little pause. We are actively exploring every possible avenue to find a sustainable way to bring our products back to our U.S. customers in the future. We truly hope this is a temporary situation, and we're committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.
What this means for you:

Final Orders: Any orders placed before August 25th will be fulfilled and shipped as usual.
